MEKA Karate, a martial arts academy, needed a modern website to reflect its professional brand while streamlining class bookings and parent communication. The challenge was two-fold:
User Experience – Parents needed a simple way to learn about programs, book trial lessons, and get updates.
Operational Efficiency – The franchisee and owners required automated notifications and scheduling to avoid manual follow-ups, ensuring a smooth enrollment process for both staff and families.
Without these systems, the academy risked losing leads, overburdening staff, and missing opportunities to convert interested parents into long-term members.
