Trim Landscaping needed a centralized system to manage and track the daily performance of its growing sales team. Before this project, SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) were manually reporting their activities across spreadsheets and messages, making it difficult for managers to track KPIs, enforce accountability, and keep data consistent.
The challenge was to design a dedicated sales dashboard that allowed:
Easy KPI submissions from sales reps (calls, emails, qualified leads)
Strict controls to prevent duplicate or multiple daily submissions
Manager-level oversight for editing and backlogging entries
A transparent leaderboard to foster competition and motivation
Without such a system, performance tracking was fragmented, and scaling the sales team posed significant operational risks.
I designed and built a custom Procurement & Sales Dashboard on WordPress, tailored specifically for Trim Landscaping’s sales operations.
Key features include:
Daily KPI Submission Form – Sales reps log their activity (qualified leads, calls made, emails sent) once per day. The system enforces a “one submission per day” rule to ensure data accuracy.
Admin & Manager Controls – Sales managers can edit submissions, add backlogged data when needed, and manage user access (add or revoke accounts).
Leaderboard & Gamification – A dynamic leaderboard ranks SDRs based on their KPIs, motivating reps to hit their targets and creating transparency across the team.
Access Management – Role-based permissions ensure reps, managers, and admins each have the right level of control without compromising data security.
This setup created a seamless workflow where SDRs could focus on selling while managers maintained full visibility over performance.
